PVH seeks a Stock Coordinator for its Tommy Hilfiger Outlet in Stuhr-Brinkum to oversee all warehouse operations and inventory management. The successful candidate will ensure seamless coordination between stockroom and sales floor, manage goods receipt and security, monitor deliveries, maintain stock accuracy, and operate omni-channel systems while collaborating with Retail Operations and Merchandise Allocation teams.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all warehouse operations and related tasks
- Receive and secure incoming merchandise and verify delivery documentation
- Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure stock accuracy
- Process goods transfers and order fulfillment through the warehouse
- Liaise with Retail Operations and Merchandise Allocation departments
- Operate omni-channel inventory management systems
- Optimize warehouse processes and identify solutions to operational challenges
- Maintain organized stockroom and ensure efficient workflow between warehouse and sales floor
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training in warehouse logistics (Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik) or equivalent commercial qualification
- Proven warehouse or logistics operations experience
- Strong teamwork and hands-on mentality
- Flexibility, resilience, and exceptional organizational skills
- Fluent English and proficient with Microsoft Office applications
