PVH seeks a Stock Coordinator for its Tommy Hilfiger store in Freiburg, Germany. This hands-on role oversees warehouse management, inventory control, and seamless coordination between stock and sales operations. The successful candidate will manage goods receipt and security, control shipment documentation, maintain inventory accuracy, process merchandise transfers, and interface with Retail Operations and Merchandise Allocation teams using omni-channel systems.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all warehouse operations and inventory tasks
- Receive, inspect, and secure incoming merchandise
- Control and verify delivery documentation and shipment records
- Maintain inventory levels and conduct regular stock audits
- Process merchandise transfers and shipment picking
- Collaborate with Retail Operations and Merchandise Allocation departments
- Operate omni-channel warehouse management systems
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training in warehouse logistics (Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik) or equivalent commercial apprenticeship
- Preferred professional experience in warehouse environments
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Demonstrated flexibility and resilience under pressure
- Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel)
