Tommy Hilfiger seeks a full-time Stock Associate to join the La Vallée Village outlet team. Reporting to store management, this role encompasses stockroom management, merchandise receiving, inventory control, and sales floor replenishment. The successful candidate will maintain organized storage systems, coordinate delivery logistics, conduct regular inventories, and support retail operations to optimize merchandising performance across the store environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Anticipate and coordinate delivery schedules in collaboration with management
- Receive and process incoming merchandise shipments
- Maintain organized, clean, and efficient stockroom systems
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconciliation procedures
- Monitor and mitigate stock discrepancies and shrinkage
- Manage merchandise flow from storage to the sales floor
- Restock and replenish merchandise displays throughout the store
- Ensure sales floor cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation standards
- Propose merchandise placement improvements to enhance retail performance
- Support visual merchandising initiatives and standards
Qualifications
- Prior experience in fashion, retail, or commerce preferred
- Strong organizational and inventory management skills
- Proficiency in English to communicate with international clientele
- Attention to detail and accuracy in stock tracking
- Physical capability to handle merchandise and stockroom duties
- Flexibility and ability to work within a retail environment
