Tommy Hilfiger seeks a Stock Associate to join the Roppenheim outlet team on a full-time permanent contract (35 hours weekly). The role encompasses reserve management, merchandise receiving, inventory operations, and loss prevention, alongside maintaining optimal visual presentation across the sales floor through strategic product placement and replenishment. The incumbent will collaborate with store leadership to coordinate deliveries, organize warehouse facilities, and support the merchandising strategy to enhance retail performance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Anticipate and coordinate merchandise deliveries in collaboration with store management
- Receive and process incoming shipments
- Organize and maintain reserve storage areas with optimal cleanliness and order
- Conduct physical inventory counts and cycle audits
- Implement loss prevention measures and investigate discrepancies
- Manage merchandise flow from reserve to sales floor
- Replenish product on the sales floor according to planograms and visual standards
- Propose product displays and configurations to maximize merchandising performance
- Maintain visual standards, organization, and cleanliness across the point of sale
Qualifications
- Ideally previous experience in fashion retail, warehouse operations, or commercial environments
- Fluent English proficiency to serve international clientele
