Tommy Hilfiger seeks a Stock Associate to join its Paris Capucines boutique team on a full-time permanent basis. The role encompasses comprehensive warehouse and stockroom management, including receiving and organizing shipments, conducting inventory cycles, and combating shrinkage. The position also involves merchandising support, ensuring optimal floor presentation, and maintaining the retail environment to the highest standards of organization and cleanliness.
Role & Responsibilities
- Anticipate and plan merchandise deliveries in collaboration with store management
- Receive and process incoming shipments
- Organize and maintain stockroom cleanliness, organization, and accessibility
- Conduct regular inventory cycles and reconciliations
- Monitor and mitigate inventory shrinkage
- Manage merchandise flow from stockroom to sales floor
