Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to identify growth opportunities and improve store performance
- Foster a positive, fair and consistent store experience for all customers and staff members
- Execute and maintain 'door to floor' best practices, visual merchandising directives, and sales floor and back room standards
- Communicate regularly with the buying team to ensure appropriate stock levels and demographic relevance
- Analyze store-level reports and develop action plans to improve results
- Communicate daily with staff on individual sales goals, KPIs, store results, product performance and service initiatives
- Manage manpower planning, recruitment, interviewing, hiring and orientation processes
