Tommy Hilfiger seeks Senior Marketing Executive in Malaysia to drive 360° integrated marketing campaigns, PR, events, and CRM initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive 360° marketing plans in partnership with Brand Marketing, CRM, and eCom regional teams, ensuring local market relevance while maintaining global brand consistency
- Collaborate with media agencies to plan and monitor digital campaign rollouts, reviewing performance analytics, ROAS tracking, audience insights, and channel efficiency to achieve commercial objectives
- Execute PR and event initiatives that enhance brand visibility and consumer engagement, working with internal and external stakeholders to define event goals, establish KPIs, and deliver high-quality executions
- Partner with Regional Communications teams to develop event communication strategies, localize campaign assets, and secure necessary approvals to ensure brand consistency and regulatory compliance
- Manage all aspects of events including vendor sourcing, budget oversight, and performance evaluation; measure and evaluate event effectiveness through post-event reporting, media coverage analysis, and ROI analysis
- Partner with Retail Operations to drive sales performance and commercial growth, identifying channel and store-specific needs to develop tailored activations and promotions
- Manage customer lifecycle marketing initiatives to strengthen acquisition, engagement, retention, and lifetime value through data-driven strategies and personalized communications
- Collaborate with Regional CRM teams to optimize customer lifecycle journeys and communications, ensuring timely execution and brand consistency across touchpoints
Qualifications
- In-depth hands-on experience in retail and/or fashion industry with established network of media and influencer contacts
- Keen sense of fashion with demonstrated passion for the fashion industry
- Creative thinker with meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Proactive learner with team orientation, strong sense of responsibility, and positive demeanor
