Role & Responsibilities
- Support the global cash flow forecasting process, including 13-week forecasts and longer-term liquidity planning, collaborating with FP&A, Accounting, Tax, and business units to gather inputs and analyze variances
- Support interest expense forecasting by gathering and validating inputs related to debt balances, commercial paper, revolvers, and other financing arrangements; assist with variance analysis and scenario modeling
- Develop and maintain forecasting and analytical models that provide visibility into global liquidity, debt levels, and interest expense under multiple business and market scenarios
- Support Kyriba Treasury Management System administration and governance, including data integrity, user access, integrations, enhancements, testing, and reporting
- Partner with Treasury, IT, and external vendors to support Kyriba upgrades, new functionality implementation, issue resolution, and system optimization
- Prepare and maintain management reporting and dashboards to monitor liquidity, forecast accuracy, interest expense trends, and key Treasury operational metrics
- Execute Treasury processes in accordance with internal controls, SOX requirements, and Treasury policies; support internal and external audit requests and quarterly/annual procedures
- Collaborate with regional Treasury teams to support standardized global processes, enhance cash visibility, and improve working capital efficiency
- Support Treasury leadership in liquidity planning, capital allocation analysis, and strategic initiatives through accurate reporting and data-driven insights
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in treasury, corporate finance, FP&A, accounting, or related finance role
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field
- Experience in Treasury operations, liquidity management, and financial forecasting
- Working knowledge of Treasury Management Systems, preferably Kyriba
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements
- Strong analytical and modeling skills with ability to build and improve forecasting tools
- Detail-oriented with strong internal control mindset and SOX compliance experience
- Effective communicator with ability to explain complex liquidity and systems topics to leadership and stakeholders
Skills
Experience
5+ years of experience in treasury, corporate finance, FP&A, accounting, or a related finance role, preferably in a global organization. Demonstrated expertise in Treasury operations, liquidity management, financial forecasting, and understanding of cash flow dynamics, debt instruments, and interest expense modeling.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certification (such as CFA, CPA, or FRM) is advantageous.
