Tommy Hilfiger is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate for its Blanchardstown store. The role focuses on customer service, product expertise, outfit recommendations, customer relationships and store KPIs, while maintaining shop and stockroom standards. This is a part-time seasonal position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent service to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Serve as the first point of contact for authorizing discounts and resolving customer queries.
- Act as a brand ambassador and demonstrate in-depth product knowledge.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with customers.
- Create outfits for customers and make additional product recommendations.
- Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information about product features.
- Drive store KPIs and suggest ways to improve them.
- Address shop and stockroom maintenance, presentation and organization issues appropriately.
