Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee customer experience delivery in store by implementing selling ceremony guidelines and ensuring consistent service standards
- Coordinate and supervise Sales Associates in collaboration with Deputy Customer Experience manager, monitoring team performance and KPIs
- Collect and communicate customer and associate feedback to Deputy Customer Experience manager to drive continuous improvement
- Organize and facilitate in-store role-playing training activities to develop team selling skills
- Maintain sales floor and stockroom organization in coordination with Visual Merchandisers and warehouse personnel
- Supervise cash handling and checkout operations to ensure efficient and personalized transactions
- Drive customer loyalty through CRM enrollment and omnichannel tool utilization (Floor Planning System, Order in Store, Sell & Assist)
- Ensure proper floor zoning and team presence during peak business periods to maximize sales opportunities
- Support onboarding of new hires and maintain team focus on sales targets and floor activities
- Achieve personal sales objectives and KPIs that support overall store performance targets
- Communicate daily sales objectives to team during shift briefings in absence of Deputy Customer Experience manager
- Support store management in monitoring KPI achievement and net sales performance
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales or customer experience leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of selling techniques and customer service best practices
- Demonstrated ability to coach and develop retail teams
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and retail management software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced retail environment
Skills
Experience
Minimum 2–3 years of retail sales or customer experience coordination experience, ideally in a supervisory or leadership capacity within a luxury or premium lifestyle brand environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; retail management certification or equivalent professional training preferred.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Rome, Lazio, Italy.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from EUR 27,000 to EUR 33,000 per annum.
