Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure efficient shop floor operations and execution of business objectives to achieve highest levels of customer service, sales and profit
- Support the management team in directing all personnel, product, and merchandising functions, business processes and store results

- Achieve company standards for personal sales results including sales versus budget, sales per hour (SPH), and units per transaction (UPT)
- Perform manager-on-duty functions, including store opening and closing procedures and sales floor management
- Emphasize importance of quality relationships with internal and external customers
- Build accountability among staff for developing repeat customer relationships through exceptional service delivery
- Execute and monitor visual merchandising directives for sales floor and stockroom compliance
- Collaborate with management to develop talent pool for key positions and identify succession candidates

- Previous supervisory or specialist role experience within a premium or luxury brand
- Demonstrated people management experience with ability to resolve conflict and disagreements
- Effective communication skills with proven ability to build relationships
