Tommy Hilfiger seeks a Floor Supervisor to lead retail operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences at its Cincinnati location. The successful candidate will drive daily sales goals, supervise store associates, manage key holder responsibilities including opening and closing procedures, and champion the brand's iconic American lifestyle aesthetic. This full-time role combines front-line sales floor activities with supervisory duties supporting the store management team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive daily sales performance and achievement of store targets
- Open and close the store as a key holder, ensuring all protocols and security procedures are followed
- Coach and support retail associates in real-time, providing feedback and guidance on sales techniques and customer engagement
- Manage inventory processing, merchandise restocking, and visual presentation standards
- Deliver warm, engaging customer interactions that build brand loyalty and inspire purchases
- Embody the brand's values and latest campaigns, serving as a brand ambassador to customers and staff
- Assist with cashiering, POS operations, and transaction processing as needed
- Support the Store Manager in maintaining store cleanliness, safety standards, and operational compliance
- Lead by example, resolving customer and operational issues promptly and professionally
Qualifications
- Prior retail team leader or key holder experience required
- Proven ability to lead by example and inspire a team in a fast-paced retail environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Physical capability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds regularly
Skills
Experience
Prior retail team leader and key holder experience in a sales floor environment. Demonstrated success driving sales performance and motivating retail teams in a high-traffic setting preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; retail management training or certification a plus.
