PVH seeks a casual Sales Consultant to join the Tommy Hilfiger team at the Canberra Outlet Centre. The successful candidate will deliver exceptional customer service, driving sales and brand engagement whilst maintaining impeccable personal presentation in a fast-paced retail environment. Strong communication, multitasking abilities, and a positive attitude are essential.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging customer service and sales expertise across the Tommy Hilfiger product range
- Build authentic customer relationships and identify client needs to drive sales conversions
- Maintain product knowledge and stay current with seasonal collections and brand initiatives
- Execute visual merchandising standards and maintain store presentation
- Process transactions accurately and manage cash handling responsibilities
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve sales targets and store objectives
