Tommy Hilfiger seeks a passionate Sales Associate for part-time retail floor duties at the Tucson, Arizona location. This brand ambassador role requires delivering exceptional customer service, processing inventory, restocking merchandise, and driving sales whilst upholding the brand's accessible luxury positioning. The successful candidate will energize customer interactions, maintain visual standards, and process transactions under the guidance of store management.

Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver warm and engaging customer service to inspire sales and build brand loyalty
• Process inventory, restock shelves, and maintain merchandising standards
• Operate point-of-sale systems and process customer transactions
• Promote brand campaigns, product launches, and brand vision to customers
• Perform on-floor duties including visual merchandising and maintaining store presentation
• Work collaboratively with store management and team members
• Demonstrate knowledge of products and educate customers on brand offerings

Qualifications

• Friendly, organized demeanor with excellent time-management skills
• Energy and enthusiasm for the Tommy Hilfiger brand and its values
• Physical ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods
• Capacity to lift and carry up to 20 pounds regularly
