Tommy Hilfiger seeks a Sales Associate to deliver a high-quality customer experience, promote the brand, support sales-floor and back-of-house operations, and uphold store standards under Store Management guidance. This is a temporary, part-time position in Arizona Mills, Arizona, with a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.

Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver a high-quality customer experience through warm, helpful interactions that encourage sales and build affinity for the brand.
• Stay informed about campaigns and product launches, and communicate the brand vision to customers.
• Process new inventory, replenish shelves, operate the cash register, and support sales-floor and back-of-house operations.
• Represent the brand with pride, commitment, and passion for its customers.
• Uphold the brand’s standards under the guidance of the Store Management team.

Qualifications

• Friendly, organized, and able to manage time effectively.
• Enthusiasm for the brand’s goals and values.
• Availability for a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods and carry up to 20 pounds.
