Tommy Hilfiger seeks a full-time Sales Associate for its Designer Outlet location in Croatia. The successful candidate will deliver competent fashion guidance to clientele, embody brand values, cultivate long-term customer relationships, and maintain visual merchandising standards. Proficiency in sales techniques, customer service excellence, and a genuine passion for fashion are essential, with English language proficiency preferred.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide expert fashion consultation and styling guidance to customers
- Serve as brand ambassador embodying Tommy Hilfiger values and aesthetic
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships while acquiring new clientele
- Execute assigned tasks independently and maintain accountability
- Merchandise products according to visual standards and display guidelines
