Tommy Hilfiger seeks a Sales Associate to deliver a strong customer experience, promote brand campaigns and products, and support sales-floor operations including inventory, replenishment, and cashiering. This is a temporary, part-time role with a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a high-quality customer experience through warm, helpful interactions that encourage sales and build brand loyalty.
- Stay informed about current campaigns and product launches, and communicate the brand vision to customers.
- Process new inventory, replenish shelves, operate the cash register, and support other sales-floor and behind-the-scenes activities.
- Represent the brand with pride, commitment, and passion for its customers.
- Uphold the brand’s standards under the guidance of the Store Management team.
Qualifications
- Friendliness, organization, and excellent time-management skills.
- Energy and enthusiasm for the brand’s goals and values.
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods and carry up to 20 pounds.
