Tommy Hilfiger seeks a part-time Sales Associate for 20 hours per week at its Rome Outlet Village store. Reporting to the store Management team, the Sales Associate acts as a Brand Ambassador, supports clients throughout the sales process and contributes to client loyalty; the advertised annual base salary range is €23,500–€31,000 for a 40-hour full-time schedule and is prorated to the individual contract’s working hours.
Role & Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with an international clientele, providing information about products and PVH Italia’s values.
- Use effective selling techniques to achieve set targets.
- Promote the company’s culture and image as a Brand Ambassador.
- Help create a professional and motivating working environment.
- Support the ongoing maintenance of visual merchandising standards.
- Check stock on the sales floor and replenish it as needed to ensure the full product range and size assortment are available.
