The Sales Associate contributes to Tommy Hilfiger store objectives through personalized, brand-consistent customer service, sales performance and operational support. The role is full-time, based on a 40-hour workweek for the stated salary range, with compensation prorated to the individual contract’s working hours.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Contribute to store objectives by delivering an excellent, brand-consistent customer experience, following each step of the selling ceremony and personalizing customer interactions.
  • Manage operational processes that support the smooth running of the assigned area.
  • Provide excellent customer service in line with the selling ceremony guidelines.
  • Complete available training attentively and gather feedback to improve professional skills.
  • Help keep the sales floor and stockroom in perfect order, working with Visual Merchandising Specialists and stockroom colleagues as needed to replenish merchandise quickly and help customers locate products.
  • Oversee the checkout process to ensure an efficient, personalized experience; promote and guide customer registrations for CRM loyalty.
  • Proactively maintain visual merchandising standards at all times.
  • Meet personal sales targets and KPIs in support of store objectives.
  • Implement the PVH selling ceremony.
  • Review KPIs.
  • Contribute to morning briefings.
  • Participate in role-play exercises.
  • Study PVH Play content.
  • Share best practices through the Feed.
  • Handle CRM registrations and ID Rate.
  • Manage till checks.
  • Follow the Tax Free procedure correctly.
  • Manage fitting rooms.
  • Share product feedback.
