Tommy Hilfiger seeks a Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer experiences on the retail sales floor while embodying the brand's iconic American aesthetic. The successful candidate will engage customers with enthusiasm, process transactions, manage inventory, and represent the brand's vision across the TOMMY HILFIGER and TOMMY JEANS collections. This role operates under the guidance of store management and combines floor sales, merchandising, and operational duties.

Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver warm and engaging customer interactions that inspire purchases and foster brand loyalty
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at point-of-sale
• Receive and process new inventory, including unboxing, sorting, and restocking merchandise
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure floor appearance aligns with brand guidelines
• Demonstrate knowledge of current campaigns and product launches to customers
• Assist with store operations including cashiering, stock organization, and loss prevention
• Support team members and maintain a collaborative store environment

Qualifications

• Friendly, organized demeanor with excellent time-management skills
• Energy and genuine enthusiasm for Tommy Hilfiger brand values
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and squat for extended periods
• Capacity to lift and carry up to 20 pounds regularly
• Prior retail experience preferred but not required
