Tommy Hilfiger seeks a Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales in a retail environment. The successful candidate will represent the brand with enthusiasm, assist customers with product knowledge, manage inventory and cashiering responsibilities, and maintain store standards under the guidance of store management. This part-time position offers flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Role & Responsibilities
- Engage customers with warmth and professionalism to inspire purchase decisions and build brand loyalty
- Process sales transactions and manage cash handling at point-of-sale
- Receive, process, and restock merchandise while maintaining organized displays and visual standards
- Represent Tommy Hilfiger brand values and communicate campaign initiatives and product launches to customers
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization throughout shifts
- Assist in training new team members as needed
- Support store management with operational tasks and inventory management
Qualifications
- Friendly, organized personality with excellent interpersonal skills

- Physical capability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for extended periods
