Tommy Hilfiger seeks a Sales Associate to serve as Brand Ambassador in its Padova retail location. Reporting to store management, the successful candidate will accompany and cultivate customer loyalty throughout the sales journey, managing international clientele with detailed product knowledge while embodying the brand's values and maintaining visual merchandising standards.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with international clientele, providing detailed product information and communicating PVH Italia brand values
- Apply effective sales techniques to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Act as Brand Ambassador, promoting corporate culture and brand image
- Contribute to a professional and motivating work environment
- Ensure continuous maintenance of visual merchandising standards throughout the sales floor
- Verify stock levels on the sales floor and replenish inventory as needed to ensure full product range and size availability
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales roles
- Excellent presentation and grooming standards
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to work on shifts, including weekends
