The Sales Associate delivers a high-quality customer experience, promotes Tommy Hilfiger campaigns and products, and supports sales-floor operations including inventory processing, replenishment, and cashiering. This is a temporary, part-time role with a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.

Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver a high-quality customer experience through warm, helpful interactions that encourage sales and build brand affinity.
• Stay informed about current campaigns and product launches, and promote the brand vision to customers.
• Process new inventory, replenish shelves, operate the cash register, and support other sales-floor activities.
• Represent the brand with pride, commitment, and passion for its customers.
• Uphold brand standards under the guidance of the Store Management team.

Qualifications

• Friendliness and strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Energy and enthusiasm for the brand’s goals and values.
• Prior retail experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods and carry up to 20 pounds.
• Availability for a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
