Tommy Hilfiger is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer experiences and maintain brand standards at the Myrtle Beach retail location. The successful candidate will engage customers with product knowledge and enthusiasm, support floor operations including inventory processing and cashiering, and embody the brand's iconic American lifestyle positioning under Store Management guidance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide warm and attentive customer service to inspire sales and cultivate brand loyalty
- Communicate product features and brand campaigns with enthusiasm to customers
- Process inventory, restock merchandise, operate point-of-sale systems, and perform cashiering duties
- Maintain visual merchandise standards and support store operations
- Demonstrate commitment to brand values and company standards in all customer interactions
- Support the Store Management team across all sales floor and back-of-house functions
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and squat for extended periods
- Capability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds regularly
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior retail experience preferred but not required
