Tommy Hilfiger is seeking a part-time Sales Associate for its London store, supporting an exceptional in-store customer experience, sales and profit generation, loss minimisation, and distinctive store presentation. The role includes product and outfit recommendations, client relationship building, brand ambassadorship, and shop and stockroom upkeep.
Role & Responsibilities
- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and successful link-selling skills to drive business.
- Build outfits for customers, make additional product recommendations and drive store KPIs.
- Build and maintain professional customer relationships to develop regular clientele.
- Act as a brand ambassador and maintain a keen interest in current fashion and market trends.
- Ensure shop and stockroom maintenance, presentation and organisation issues are addressed appropriately.
- Show flexibility and innovation in responding to a changing business environment, especially during peak trading.
