Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver Tommy Hilfiger Customer Service Standards consistently and professionally to all patrons
- Generate maximum sales potential and build repeat customer base through excellent service and product knowledge
- Maintain zone coverage; acknowledge every customer within assigned areas and prioritize customer interactions over assigned tasks
- Keep merchandise filled to appropriate levels on the sales floor and ensure visual distinctive appearance
- Ensure store is visually distinctive with impeccable maintenance and comply with visual presentation standards
- Execute opening and closing checklist duties as directed by store management
- Observe sales floor and stockroom for loss prevention and advise management of unusual internal or external activity
- Maintain strong product knowledge regarding merchandise, promotions, and special events to communicate effectively with customers
- Execute markdowns and re-merchandise product as needed; maintain store organization of fixtures, hardware, and cleanliness
- Demonstrate professional appearance and conduct representing the Tommy Hilfiger brand image
- Attend Take 5 meetings and participate in staff meetings as required
Qualifications
- Ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds consistently
- Capability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to work flexible rotating hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
