Tommy Hilfiger is seeking a part-time Sales Associate for its Kempten store to represent the brand, sell collections, develop client relationships and support omnichannel and visual merchandising activities. The role also includes checkout and complaint handling, with an attractive remuneration package, bonus system and six weeks of annual leave.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent Tommy Hilfiger as a brand ambassador for a premium lifestyle brand.
  • Sell the collections knowledgeably.
  • Look after existing clients and build relationships with new clients.
  • Work independently within the sales team.
  • Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team and contribute to product presentation.
  • Use omnichannel systems.
  • Handle checkout duties and customer complaints.

Qualifications

  • Ideally, initial experience in textile retail.
  • Strong affinity for sales.
  • Enjoyment of working with digital tools.
  • A motivating, self-confident personality and strong interpersonal skills.
