Tommy Hilfiger seeks a part-time Sales Associate to join the retail team at the Izmir outlet location. Reporting to store management, the role encompasses brand representation, customer engagement throughout the sales journey, and loyalty building. The associate will engage an international customer base with product knowledge, employ effective sales techniques to meet targets, maintain visual merchandising standards, and manage stock visibility across sizes and assortments.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as a brand ambassador for Tommy Hilfiger and PVH, engaging international customers with product knowledge and brand values
- Guide customers through the sales journey and build customer loyalty through exceptional service
- Employ effective sales techniques to achieve designated sales targets
- Maintain and uphold visual merchandising standards throughout the sales floor
- Monitor inventory in the sales area, replenish stock, and ensure full product and size assortments are available
