PVH seeks a Sales Associate to represent the Tommy Hilfiger brand at the Istanbul outlet store. Reporting to the store management team, the ideal candidate will serve as a Brand Ambassador, guiding customers through the sales journey, building loyalty, and maintaining the store's reputation through exceptional service and visual merchandising standards.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent PVH's products and values to an international customer base as a brand ambassador
- Execute effective sales techniques to achieve designated sales targets
- Guide customers through the sales process and cultivate long-term brand loyalty
- Maintain corporate culture and brand image through professional conduct and appearance
- Contribute to a professional and motivating work environment for the team
- Maintain visual merchandising standards across the sales floor consistently
- Monitor stock levels in the sales area and replenish products to ensure full assortment availability in all sizes
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a similar retail role within the fashion or luxury sector
- Neat appearance and professional demeanor
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Fluent in Turkish; English language skills preferred
- Willingness to work shift schedules, particularly on weekends
