Tommy Hilfiger seeks a part-time Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer experiences on the sales floor while promoting the brand's iconic American lifestyle aesthetic. The role encompasses customer engagement, product knowledge dissemination, inventory management, cashiering, and brand representation across store operations, all under the direction of store management.
Role & Responsibilities
- Engage customers with warmth and expertise to inspire purchases and cultivate brand loyalty
- Process new inventory, restock merchandise, and maintain visual presentation standards
- Operate point-of-sale systems and manage cash transactions
- Promote brand campaigns, product launches, and brand vision to customers
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with the store management team and fellow associates

Qualifications
- Demonstrated customer service excellence and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physical capability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for extended periods
- Capacity to lift and carry merchandise up to 20 pounds
