The Sales Associate delivers a welcoming customer experience, promotes Tommy Hilfiger campaigns and products, processes inventory, replenishes shelves, and operates the cash register while upholding brand standards under Store Management. This is a temporary, part-time role in Grand Prairie, Texas, with flexible scheduling that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a welcoming, helpful customer experience that encourages sales and builds brand affinity.
- Stay informed about current campaigns and product launches, and promote the brand vision to customers.
- Process new inventory, replenish shelves, operate the cash register, and support sales-floor operations.
- Represent the brand with pride, commitment, and passion for its customers.
- Meet the brand’s customer-service and operational standards under the guidance of Store Management.
