Tommy Hilfiger seeks a Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer experiences on the sales floor while representing the brand's heritage and values. The successful candidate will engage customers with warmth and enthusiasm, process inventory, restock merchandise, operate point-of-sale systems, and maintain store standards under the supervision of Store Management. This part-time position requires flexibility for evening, weekend, and holiday availability, with physical demands including prolonged standing and the ability to carry up to 20 pounds.

Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, engaging customer service that inspires sales and builds brand loyalty
• Educate customers on product features, brand heritage, and current campaigns and promotions
• Process and display new inventory, restock shelves, and maintain visual merchandising standards
• Operate point-of-sale systems and process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and compliance with brand standards
• Support Store Management with operational tasks and team coordination

Qualifications

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods
• Capacity to lift and carry up to 20 pounds regularly
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated passion for retail and brand representation
• Availability for flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Experience

Prior retail experience is preferred but not required.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
