PVH seeks a motivated Sales Associate for its Tommy Hilfiger store in Dortmund on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will deliver personalized, professional service to premium customers and create an exceptional in-store experience. This role involves representing the brand authentically, executing sales, building customer relationships, merchandise presentation coordination, and point-of-sale operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent the premium Tommy Hilfiger lifestyle brand with authenticity and professionalism
- Provide consultative, personalized sales service to customers in the premium segment
- Build and maintain relationships with both new and returning customers
- Execute independent and collaborative sales activities within the store team
- Collaborate with the visual merchandising team and participate in merchandise presentation
- Process transactions at point-of-sale and handle customer inquiries and complaints
Qualifications
- Prior experience in textile retail or fashion retail preferred
