The Sales Associate delivers a high-quality customer experience, promotes Tommy Hilfiger campaigns and products, processes and replenishes inventory, and supports cashiering and other store operations. This part-time temporary role requires schedule flexibility, including nights, weekends, and holidays; prior retail experience is preferred but not required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a warm, helpful customer experience that encourages sales and builds brand affinity.
- Stay current on campaigns and product launches and promote the brand vision to customers.
- Process new inventory, replenish shelves, operate the cash register, and support other sales-floor activities.
- Represent the brand with pride, commitment, and enthusiasm for its customers.
- Uphold brand standards while supporting sales-floor and behind-the-scenes operations.
