The Sales Associate works in Tommy Hilfiger’s luxury retail environment, delivering an excellent customer experience while supporting sales, profit and store KPIs. The role calls for full flexibility from Monday to Sunday and previous hospitality or retail experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and use link-selling skills to drive business.
- Build outfits for customers, make additional product recommendations and contribute to store KPIs.
- Build and maintain professional customer relationships to develop regular clientele.
- Act as a brand ambassador and maintain a keen interest in current fashion and market trends.
- Ensure shop and stockroom maintenance, presentation and organisation issues are addressed appropriately.
- Show flexibility and innovation in responding to changing business needs, particularly during peak trading.
- Inspire the team to generate sales and profit, minimise losses, deliver an excellent customer experience, and keep the store visually distinctive and impeccably maintained.
- Lead by example and put PVH values into practice.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or retail.
