Tommy Hilfiger seeks a part-time Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer experiences and maintain brand excellence on the retail floor. The successful candidate will engage customers with authentic enthusiasm, process inventory, handle cashier duties, and embody the brand's iconic American lifestyle aesthetic while supporting the store management team.

Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver warm and engaging customer service to inspire sales and build brand loyalty
• Process new inventory, restock merchandise, and maintain organized displays
• Operate point-of-sale systems and handle cashier functions
• Promote brand campaigns and product launches to customers
• Support store operations under the guidance of store management
• Maintain physical presence on the sales floor through extended standing, walking, and reaching

Qualifications

• Demonstrated customer service excellence and interpersonal skills
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods
• Physical capability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds regularly
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Genuine enthusiasm for the Tommy Hilfiger brand and values

Skills

Experience

Retail experience is preferred but not required. Candidates should demonstrate a passion for fashion retail and brand representation.

Education
