The Sales Associate delivers a strong customer experience, promotes Tommy Hilfiger’s campaigns and products, and supports sales-floor operations, including inventory processing, replenishment, and cashiering. This is a temporary, part-time role with a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
Role & Responsibilities
- Create warm, helpful customer interactions that encourage sales and build affinity for the brand.
- Stay informed about campaigns and product launches, and communicate the brand vision to customers.
- Process new inventory, replenish shelves, operate the cash register, and support sales-floor operations.
- Demonstrate pride, commitment, and passion for the brand and its customers.
Qualifications
- Friendly, organized, with excellent time-management skills.
- Energy and enthusiasm for the brand’s goals and values.
- Prior retail experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods, and carry up to 20 pounds.
