Tommy Hilfiger is seeking a passionate Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer experiences on the sales floor and contribute to behind-the-scenes operations at the Birch Run retail location. The ideal candidate will embody the brand's American lifestyle aesthetic, engage customers with product knowledge, process inventory, maintain store standards, and serve as a brand advocate. Part-time position offering flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holiday availability.
Role & Responsibilities
- Engage customers with warm, helpful service and inspire sales through authentic product conversations that build brand loyalty
- Maintain and promote knowledge of current brand campaigns, product launches, and Tommy Hilfiger brand vision
- Process incoming inventory, restock merchandise, perform cashiering duties, and execute additional sales floor and back-of-house tasks as needed
- Uphold store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards according to brand guidelines
- Demonstrate commitment to the brand's values and communicate pride in the product to customers and team members
Qualifications
- Friendliness, organization, and excellent time-management skills
