PVH is recruiting a flexible part-time Sales Associate for its Tommy Hilfiger store in Bayreuth, Germany. The successful candidate will deliver exceptional customer service to a premium clientele, represent the Tommy Hilfiger lifestyle brand with authenticity and professionalism, and support all retail operations including sales, cash handling, and visual merchandising collaboration.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent the Tommy Hilfiger premium lifestyle brand as a brand ambassador
- Deliver competent, consultative sales of seasonal collections to discerning customers
- Build and maintain relationships with regular and prospective clients
- Operate autonomously within the sales team whilst collaborating on visual merchandising and product presentation
- Execute cash register transactions and manage customer complaints with professionalism
Qualifications
- Previous experience in textiles or premium retail is preferred
- Demonstrated sales acumen and customer engagement capability
- Confident, self-assured personality with strong interpersonal skills
- Team player with a hands-on, can-do mentality
