Tommy Hilfiger seeks a Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer experiences and uphold brand standards on the retail floor. Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, engaging customer service interactions that inspire product discovery and build brand loyalty
- Process new inventory, restock shelves, and maintain visual merchandising standards
- Execute cashiering and point-of-sale transactions accurately
- Communicate knowledge of brand campaigns and product launches to customers
- Perform floor maintenance and operational tasks as directed by store management
