The Sales Associate executes the Tommy Hilfiger Customer Service Standards through the sale and promotion of merchandise, while maintaining operational excellence on the retail floor. The role combines direct customer engagement with merchandising responsibilities, including stock replenishment, visual compliance, and loss prevention.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service consistent with Tommy Hilfiger standards and acknowledge all customers within assigned zone
- Generate maximum sales potential and build repeat customer base through product knowledge and effective communication
- Maintain merchandise replenishment on sales floor at appropriate levels and ensure visual presentation standards compliance
- Execute opening and closing procedures; observe sales floor and stockroom for loss prevention and security concerns
- Support merchandising activities including markdown execution, re-merchandising, and maintenance of store fixtures and cleanliness
- Attend required staff meetings and participate in operational briefings
- Demonstrate professional appearance and conduct representing the Tommy Hilfiger brand
- Maintain flexibility with rotating hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as assigned
Qualifications
- Ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds regularly
- Capability to stand for extended periods throughout shift
