Tommy Hilfiger is seeking a Sales Assistant for a part-time, fixed-term position at its Vestby Outlet. The role combines customer service and product guidance with replenishment, visual standards, store opening and closing tasks, and inventory support.
Role & Responsibilities
- Follow and enforce Tommy Hilfiger customer service standards.
- Maintain strong product knowledge and provide information to customers and employees.
- Promote a positive shopping experience by treating all customers fairly and consistently.
- Ensure accurate product replenishment and follow-up.
- Follow visual merchandising standards.
- Perform or delegate daily, weekly and monthly opening and closing checklist tasks set by the Store Manager to keep the store ready for customers.
- Complete other assigned tasks on time and with attention to detail.
- Participate in inventory as needed.
