Role & Responsibilities
- Follow and enforce Tommy Hilfiger Customer Service standards consistently across all customer interactions
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge to inform and assist both customers and team members
- Promote a positive shopping experience by treating all customers with fairness and consistency
- Ensure accurate and timely product stocking and inventory management
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly opening and closing checklist tasks as outlined by Store Manager
- Execute assigned tasks with precision and attention to detail
- Participate in store inventory counts as required
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience with demonstrated visual merchandising and store management knowledge
- Fluency in spoken and written Norwegian
- Fluency in spoken and written English
