The Sales Assistant internship provides training in casual menswear and womenswear retail at Tommy Hilfiger Castel Romano Outlet. The role focuses on client engagement, product knowledge, sales targets and maintaining the sales floor; the advertised compensation is €600–€800 net per month.
Role & Responsibilities
- Build relationships with and foster loyalty among international clients using specific sales techniques.
- Develop knowledge of PVH products and provide clients with accurate product information.
- Support the Store Management team in achieving individual and store sales targets.
- Keep the sales floor tidy and replenish it with the required stock.
