Role & Responsibilities
- Follow and enforce Tommy Hilfiger Customer Service standards to ensure a consistently positive shopping experience
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge to inform and assist customers and colleagues effectively
- Treat all customers in a fair and consistent manner to promote customer satisfaction
- Ensure accurate and consistent product stocking and inventory management
- Adhere to visual merchandising standards and maintain store presentation
- Execute daily, weekly, and monthly opening and closing checklists as outlined by the Store Manager
- Complete assigned tasks on time with meticulous attention to detail
- Participate in inventory counts and stock management as required
Qualifications
- Retail experience with demonstrated visual merchandising knowledge
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to create positive shopping experiences
- Excellent communication skills in both Norwegian and English
- Demonstrated initiative and ability to take independent action to improve operations
- Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills
