Tommy Hilfiger seeks a part-time Sales Assistant for the Outlet Store in Vestby, Norway. The ideal candidate will possess retail experience with strong visual merchandising acumen and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Working 6–12 hours per week, the successful applicant will balance customer engagement with operational excellence, maintaining product knowledge while upholding visual standards and participating in inventory management.
Role & Responsibilities
- Follow and enforce Tommy Hilfiger Customer Service standards to ensure a consistently positive shopping experience
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge to inform and assist customers and colleagues effectively
- Treat all customers in a fair and consistent manner to promote customer satisfaction
- Ensure accurate and consistent product stocking and inventory management
- Adhere to visual merchandising standards and maintain store presentation
- Execute daily, weekly, and monthly opening and closing checklists as outlined by the Store Manager
- Complete assigned tasks on time with meticulous attention to detail
- Participate in inventory counts and stock management as required
Qualifications
- Retail experience with demonstrated visual merchandising knowledge
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to create positive shopping experiences
- Excellent communication skills in both Norwegian and English
- Demonstrated initiative and ability to take independent action to improve operations
- Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills
