Role & Responsibilities
- Execute the PVH selling ceremony to deliver personalized, brand-aligned customer experiences
- Maintain sales floor and stockroom organization in collaboration with visual merchandising and warehouse staff to ensure efficient merchandise replenishment and customer accessibility
- Supervise checkout procedures to ensure efficient and personalized transactions; proactively enroll customers in CRM initiatives for loyalty and guest analytics
- Uphold visual merchandising standards consistently throughout shifts
- Achieve personal sales targets and key performance indicators supporting store objectives
- Participate in morning briefings, role-play training sessions, and PVH Play content study to strengthen selling competencies
- Execute cash control procedures, tax-free transactions, and fitting room management with accuracy
- Capture and share product feedback and best practices with the team
- Monitor KPI performance and contribute insights to ongoing store performance analysis
Qualifications
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of Tommy Hilfiger brand identity and lifestyle positioning
- Product knowledge and awareness of current collections
- Understanding of contemporary fashion trends and social media landscape
- A third language is considered a plus
- Proactive mindset with strong operational and organizational capabilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced retail environment
