PVH seeks a part-time Sales Associate for its Tommy Hilfiger store in Freiburg. The successful candidate will represent the premium lifestyle brand as a brand ambassador, expertly advise customers on collections, and cultivate customer relationships through service-oriented consultation. Responsibilities include omni-channel system management, visual merchandising collaboration, point-of-sale transactions, and complaint handling within a dynamic, customer-focused retail environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent the Tommy Hilfiger premium lifestyle brand as a brand ambassador
- Conduct competent sales and advisory consultations on brand collections
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers
