PVH Corp seeks a part-time Retail Sales Associate (15–35 hours per week) for its Tommy Hilfiger store in Bonn. The successful candidate will represent the premium lifestyle brand with authenticity and professionalism, delivering exceptional customer experiences in a sophisticated retail environment whilst managing sales transactions and contributing to visual merchandising initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent the Tommy Hilfiger brand as a knowledgeable ambassador to customers in the premium segment
- Deliver consultative, professional sales advice and facilitate an elevated shopping experience
- Build and maintain relationships with both existing and prospective customers
- Execute independent and collaborative sales activities within the team framework
- Contribute to visual merchandising and product presentation in coordination with the VM team
- Process customer transactions at point-of-sale and handle inquiries or complaints with professionalism
