Role & Responsibilities
- Process incoming deliveries and stock transfers accurately onto the system, in collaboration with the Stockroom Manager
- Organize stock efficiently within the stockroom and implement process improvements for inventory management
- Maintain stockroom and shop floor standards in alignment with Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein brand expectations
- Execute timely and accurate shop floor replenishment and merchandise availability
- Support SKU accuracy and inventory control through stock takes and counts
- Deliver exceptional customer service and product knowledge during sales floor duties
- Collaborate with the sales and stockroom team to ensure seamless store operations
Qualifications
- Proven track record in hospitality or retail environments
- Previous stock handling and inventory management experience
