Tommy Hilfiger Kids seeks part-time Store Supervisor (24 hrs/week) in Roosendaal. Lead teams, drive sales, and deliver premium retail experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure efficient shop floor operations to achieve highest levels of customer service, sales and profitability
- Lead and manage all personnel, product and merchandising functions, business processes and store results
- Drive shop floor sales and exceed store targets by motivating the team whilst delivering exemplary customer experiences
- Participate in weekly management and staff meetings and communicate marketing and sales promotions clearly to staff
- Perform manager-on-duty functions, manage store opening and closing procedures, and oversee sales floor operations
- Foster a positive store environment by treating all customers and colleagues fairly and consistently
- Support team training on product knowledge and store maintenance in alignment with business strategy
- Achieve personal sales targets including sales versus budget, sales per hour and units per transaction metrics
- Ensure accountability for building repeat customer relationships through spirited, unparalleled service
- Execute 'door to floor' best practices with visual merchandising directives for sales floor and back room; review regularly for consistency
- Build a talent pool for key positions in collaboration with management, including identifying potential successors

- Track record of supervisory or specialist roles within a premium or luxury brand
- People management experience with the ability to resolve conflict and unproductive disagreements
- Effective communication skills with the ability to build relationships with ease
- Confident in providing feedback that promotes positive behavioral change
- Team player who recognises and celebrates the contributions and achievements of others

Experience
Previous supervisory or specialist experience within a premium or luxury retail brand; demonstrated people management experience with ability to resolve conflicts and disagreements effectively.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; retail management training or certification preferred.
